About Me

I’m Siddhesh Prabhugaonkar, a technology professional with nearly two decades of experience across cloud architecture, software engineering, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and technical training.

I currently work as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at ZasmLabs, while also working as a Cloud & AI Consultant, Corporate Trainer, and Instructional Designer. My work sits at the intersection of technology, engineering, and enablement—helping organizations understand emerging technologies and, more importantly, turn them into practical solutions.

My current focus is on Generative AI and Agentic AI, particularly around Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude, MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, and the Microsoft Agent Framework. I also work extensively with Azure, DevOps, .NET, modern web development, containers, and Kubernetes.

I hold the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential and am a Claude Certified Architect. I deliver AI enablement, AI adoption, and AI transformation training for organizations, helping development teams and technology leaders understand how to effectively integrate AI into their engineering workflows, products, and day-to-day work.

As a trainer and instructor, I have worked with professionals from organizations including Microsoft, PwC, Cognizant, Avanade, EY, Accenture, Barclays, Deloitte, Wells Fargo, TCS, Capgemini, CGI, iCertis, GEP, and many others. I also deliver Microsoft Partner Readiness, Project Ready, and Accelerator programs focused on AI adoption, enablement, and transformation.

I’ve spent much of my career building software and helping others build it. My background includes .NET full-stack development, microservices, Domain-Driven Design, Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Angular, React, Node.js, and modern cloud architectures.

I’m also passionate about technical content and instructional design. I have developed Azure content for Pluralsight and O’Reilly Learning, created complete technical courses and question banks, and designed hands-on learning experiences for developers, architects, and enterprise teams.

Earlier in my career, I had the opportunity to work on projects across organizations and industries, including being part of the team that worked on Entity Framework for Microsoft, contributing to the E-Yantra IoT platform for IIT Bombay, and working on systems for organizations such as IBM, Capita, BNY Mellon, and Sperry Marine.

What I Write About

This blog is where I share what I learn, experiment with, and build around:

  • Generative AI and Agentic AI
  • AI engineering, LLM applications, RAG, MCP, and AI agents
  • Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI
  • GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude, and AI-assisted software development
  • AI enablement, adoption, and transformation
  • .NET, APIs, microservices, and modern application architecture
  • Cloud architecture, Azure, and DevOps
  • Practical experiments, tutorials, architecture patterns, and lessons learned

I prefer practical engineering over hype.

My goal is to understand how a technology actually works, where it fits, where it doesn’t, and how we can use it to solve real problems.

That is also the philosophy behind this blog:

Learn. Experiment. Build. Share.
